Sherpace operates on a concurrent user licensing model, meaning that multiple individuals can make use of a single licence.
What integrations does Sherpace support?
Sherpace supports OData integrations, including SAP OData APIs, as well as other modern API-based integrations.
How is my data secured and backed up?
Sherpace is designed with a minimal-data architecture. Only essential configuration and user-related data is stored. Sensitive information, such as credentials, is encrypted in the database, while business data remains primarily within the connected source systems such as SAP. Regular backup procedures are in place to protect stored configuration data and ensure service continuity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Sherpace does not operate with upgrade plans. Software developments and enhancements are implemented automatically, are included within the licence, and are made immediately available to users.
